Answered at any hour
Somebody picks up at three in the morning.
Her name is Ruth. She is an AI, we say so up front, and she is not pretending otherwise. She knows the hours, the menu, the diary and the rental prices, and she can take a prayer request while you are still standing in your kitchen.

Ring it, or press the button.
(406) 555-0142Twenty four hoursThings worth asking
- “What time do you open tomorrow?
- “Is there anything gluten free on the breakfast menu?
- “How much is the big room on a Saturday in June?
- “Can I bring my own caterer?
- “Will you pray for my mum? She has surgery on Thursday.
- “Is it weird to come in if I have never been to church?
Where she stops
Ruth does not counsel anybody and she does not pray with you. If a call sounds like a crisis she gives you 988 and a real human’s number, then flags it so somebody here rings you back. That boundary is deliberate.

Ask her the hours, what is on the menu today, whether the room is free on a Saturday in June, or ask her to take a prayer request. She reads the same data the website does, so she cannot make anything up about the menu or the diary.
